SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, EUGENIA I. JAMERO, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Barangay Cahabaan,

Talisay, Camarines Norte, DO HEREBY, NAME, CONSTITUTE and APPOINT ALEX I. JAMERO
and ARIEL I. JAMERO, both of legal age, Filipinos, and also a residents of Barangay
Cahabaan, Talisay, Camarines Norte, as my true and lawful representative, for me and in
name name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts:

1. To transact with the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) with office address
at Daet, Camarines Norte, in relation to an agricultural lot located at
Barangay Cahabaan, Talisay, Camarines Norte;

2. To represent, sign, execute, receive, submit any and all other related
papers/documents in connection with the abovementioned purpose;

3. To do all other matters relative to the foregoing.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our representative full powers and authorities
and execute every act necessary to render effective all the powers and authorities as we
might or could lawfully do, if personally present and hereby APPROVING, RATIFYING and
CONFIRMING all that our said representative may lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
of these presents.
