Maximum vibration at GT-1 was noted as 3.8mm/s on generator bearing-2 (39V-
0:07 5A) load 341 MW, ,Mvars 115, lube oil temperature 49.1°C, and Frequency
50.30Hz.
Note GT-1 evap cooler problem persisting. PTW extended for one week.

GT-1 at base load AFDP=9.17 ,CF= 6.71, FS=1.67, Carbon brushes temperature
Note remained 42,41,40°C during the night.

GT-2 Activities

Time hrs

Maximum vibration at GT-2 was noted as 10.0 mm/s on generator bearing-2 (39V-
8:13 5B) load 389 MW, Mvars 83 .lube oil temperature 48.9°C and Frequency 50.16 Hz.

GT-2 at base load AFDP=8.47, CF=6.23, FS=1.37. Carbon brushes temperature

Note remained 43,43,42°C during night.

STG Activities

Time hrs

Maximum Vibration at STG was Noted as 63.84 µm at bearing #2 (10MAD20CY021)

6:04 load 356.76 MW ,Mvars 38.14, lube oil temperature 41.32°C and Frequency
50.45Hz.

ST lube oil TCV abnormally closed during operation, got normal after resetting
breaker. Informed I&C.

HRSG Activities

12:12 HRSG-2, SCR-1 fan started for vibration measurement at 10% speed.

12:14 SCR-1, fan speed gradually increased to 30%, current 19amp.

SCR-1, fan speed gradually increased to 50%, current 22amp, vibration D.E
2.9mm/sec and gas flow 6029m3/hour.

12:25 SCR-1 fan stopped

 12:31 HRSG-1, SCR-2 fan started at 10% speed,

Fire fighting system de-isolated after completion of maintenace work but again
20:50 leakage observed from hydrant#12 .Maintenace team tighted the hydrant bolt and
sytem normalized.
22:09 Fire fighting system pressurizing completed.

Defects

Oil seapage observed from 500Kv Bay-2 phase blue SMSCT20

HRSG-2 Blowdown pit pump#2 breaker tripped twice,need to be check.
