OVERNIGHT OATS

Ingredients:
1 cup of milk (cow’s, oat, soy or almond)
1 cup of oats
¼ cup yogurt
2 tsp honey
2 tsp cinnamon
1 banana, sliced
Strawberries and raspberries, sliced
1 TB protein powder – optional
1 TB peanut butter
Mix all ingredients except for the fruit
1. Fold in the fruit
2. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours
3. Enjoy!
