1. Identify the seven basic movement patterns and execute each movement pattern with proper form and technique
2. Understand the importance of preparatory exercises and perform each exercise, appropriately
3. Apply all basic fitness concepts in every workout routine
4. Build overall muscular endurance through mastery of basic movement patterns and preparatory exercises considering
proper form and technique

This course provides knowledge on physical fitness fundamentals including basic movement patterns,
