1. The PE 2 - Prelim Examination is Performance Based which is Calisthenics Exercise


(100 points)
2. Performance examination will be announced to the student in Google Classroom on the day of the examination.
3. In the video/ performance, students must wear the following:
• White T-Shirt (Printed or Plain).
• Jogging Pants, any color (Leggings is not allowed).
• Rubber shoes or any kind of shoes that is suited for doing Exercises
• For girls, hair must be ponytailed.
4. Each student will be assessed on their individual performance
5. The Performance must be minimum of four (4) minutes and maximum of eight (8) minutes

6. Each student is expected to participate actively.

7. If the student/s did not perform during the activity (Exam) period, there would be 5 points deduction every day. If the
student/s has a valid reason for their performance delay, there will be no deduction of points.

*These are the following valid reasons: (1) Power and internet interruption, students must provide a screenshot
or notify the instructor via text message, that the internet is down or intermittent upon sending the output (2) Lost
of loved one; (3) those who were in far flung areas during the announcement of examination and upon submitting
the output. Proof/Notification is necessary.
