PHYSICAL EDUCATION 6 – PERFORMANCE TASK 1

GOAL Your goal is to create a video workout routine for a week that
targets the following health-related components of fitness.
(Cardiorespiratory endurance, Muscular endurance, and Flexibility)
ROLE You are a health and fitness enthusiast and an influencer. You want
to create a workout plan to be posted on social media to help
those in need of physical activities.
AUDIENCE Your parents and guardians.
SITUATION Many people are now spending most of their time on social media,
and as a result, are experiencing health problems such as obesity,
poor posture, and weakness.
PRODUCT Video workout routine that develops health-related fitness.
(Minimum of two exercises for each component of health-related
fitness)
STANDARD Your fitness routine will be graded based on the following;
