1. Use the PPE provided to you.

Sign for the PPE issued to you
2. Don’t misuse or damage PPE issued to you
Don’t use damaged PPE.
3. Report damaged PPE to your supervisor.
Only if trained, use the breathing apparatus.
4. Keep safety harness attached to the life line.
Life line to always reach outside.
5. Don’t leave PPE lying around.
Keep PPE in a safe place.
