Consumer Ombudsman Please ?

Dear Sirs.

I am truly baffled because although my two


accounts with you for gas and electricity are both in
credit and  have not missed one single payment yet !
Still i keep getting these worrying letters from you !

There can only be Two Explanations:

1- That my payments are not reaching you because its


been Swindled in transit! OR:

2-That certain member or members at your office


abusing the billing system to generate these letters on
almost daily bases.

Dears Sirs.

I can only repeat what i have had already reminded


your colleague in my Previous  Complaints that these
days Harassments (By Any Method)Constitute serious
Crime  ! And these letters certainly are Harassment!
and will not stop until these Individuals Responsible
for it are Identified.! Please try to help?
