The Province of Pangasinan had a sharp rise of Covid-19 cases, with a record on
September 15, 2020 of the highest number of Covid-19 cases in a single day at forty-nine
(49) cases, necessitating now more than ever the mobilization of component LGUs to
prevent the continued increase of Covid-19 cases in Pangasinan by implementing
national action responses, particularly the Zoning Containment Strategy of the NTF
Covid-19.

In view hereof, all Local Chief Executives and all Concerned Agencies are hereby
directed to strictly enforce and/ or implement the operational guidelines of the zoning
containment strategy in the localization of the National Action Plan against Covid-19
response as adopted by the Province of Pangasinan.
