    I was supposed to start the class observation at 1:30 in the afternoon.
    We started in a smooth conversation and greetings. The class
    discussion was going smoothly and there was no interruption when it
    comes to internet connection. But I noticed that there was a minor
    problem when the teacher presented his topics through PowerPoint.

    The teacher was effectively engaged of students in learning by using a

    variety of teaching strategies in order to meet individual learning needs.
    He engaged and maintained students in active learning and builds upon
    students’ existing knowledge and skills by oral recitation. The teacher
    was communicate clearly and checked for the understanding of his
    students. In addition, after the discussion there was also a 5 minutes
    breaktime then, followed by the activities.
