Course Description:
The course introduces the students to the factors affecting the behavior of individuals and groups in organization focusing on
the specific factors that tend to explain behavior of individual, groups or organization. Various theories models of organizational behavior, work
group behavior motivation in life and work, and human relation among others are discussed and related to organizational procedures and phenomena.

Course Objectives/Program Outcomes:


1. To develop business students and prepare them to face the increasing challenges of our modern world of work.
