TOP SERVICE PROVIDE
OEM, supplies complete solutions that are purchased by another company and retailed under that
purchasing company's brand name. As an OEM supplier is part of a package solution for safety
systems and our systems are designed and developed to meet the demands from our OEM
customers. Microsoft is a popular example of a company that issues OEM software for their
Windows operating systems. OEM product keys are priced lower than their retail counterparts,
but use the same software as retail versions of Windows. They are primarily for direct OEM
manufacturers and system builders, and as such are typically sold in volume licensing deals to a
variety of manufacturers (Dell, HP, ASUS, Acer, Lenovo, etc.). Individuals may also purchase
them for personal use (to include virtual hardware), or for sale/resale on PCs which they built.
These companies are totally committed for their customers. They provide the service depends on
their customers demand. I.e. sometimes customers want 3/5 years’ service and the company
provides it. The customer reveal the tender and those companies are work with this customer
they drop their performance invoice.in the last the company selects the supplier. If the company
cannot operate and their man power not that much stable so the supplier provide the man power
for fill up the lacking.

Questions & Answers

1. How customer manages (EOSL)End of Support Life Product?

Ans: Product support during EOSL varies by product. For hardware with an expected lifetime of
10 years after production ends, the support includes spare parts, technical support and service.
Spare-part lifetimes are price-driven due to increasing production costs: when the parts can no
longer be supplied through a high-volume production site (often closed when series production
ends), the cost increases. Customer give different companies the allotment of the End of Service
Life Support (EOSL). For any emergency the service provider rush to the customer and give
service to the products with maintenance, spare parts and all.

CONCLUSION
These companies are the pioneer of this concept and service. They have to overcome the
limitations and have to fulfill the demands of their existing and future customers. From this
project we mainly get the idea about the market shares holding by the companies and which
company is leading in this position. By looking at the charts we get a clear idea which company
is investing more into this new opportunity and creating volume.
