Note:
1. The duration of the contract is for 12 months ie., from to initially and can be extended for further
one year on mutual consent as per requirement in postal civil division and in postal civil sub-
division.
2. Monthly preventive maintenance service will be carried out by sensoft solution pvt. Ltd., Chennai.
In addition to break down repairs as and when required by the postal civil wing.
3. Sensoft solution PVT Ltd Chennai will maintain service report in duplicate one for postal civil wing
and other for their record with acknowledgement for the service carried out.
4. No extra charges will be paid for attending repairs due to break down apart from routine service
carried under the contract.
5. This contract excluded the cost of parts to be replaced for which extra payment will be made based
on local market survey on mutual consent.
6. The contract can be terminated by any party with 15days prior notice without assigning any reason.
7. Payment will be made by postal civil wing on Quarterlybasis after attending preventive
maintenance, on pro rata basis at the end of 3 rd/6th/9th 12th/ month before 10th of next month after
submitting the bill by sensoft solutions pvt ltd. Before 3 rd of next month.
8. The agreed amount is Rs.2500 + service tax- per each desktop and the desktop are 13 Nos.
9. Contract is non-transferable,
10. Payment will be 100% advance.
11. Sensoft solution is not responsible for any loss of data due to bad sector in hard, computer virus or
any physical or electrical damage to the computer.
12. Sensoft solution engineer(S) will attend minor breakdown, for want of sophisticated testing
instrument the computer will be taken to sensoft solutions service center by its authorized

which nothing will be paid extension.
13. Sensoft solution will seal all the computer under the AMC in sensoft solution’s favourand will not be
responsible for any damages or defects caused by any unauthorized person or when damage or
defect is noticed as a result of misuse, virus attack, accidents, fire, water abuse, earthquake, riot or
any other natural disaster – all jobs are undertaken at clients risk.
