Job Title/ Role: Business Analyst - Utilities Domain Consultant

Job Summary: This career opportunity is with Wipro Technology’s Utilities Practice under Energy
Natural Resources Utilities SBU. We are a global team of 350 members and is composed of diverse
skills such as Product experts, Business Strategy & Transformation Experts, Solution Architects
including specialists in Cloud platforms, AI, RPA, IoT/ Industry 4.0, Data Scientists, Block Chain experts.

programs who are keen on building their career with Utilities Digital team. We are looking to hire
candidates who can combine strategy with digital tools, technologies and business design. Some of
the key areas where you will be required to work are:

 Digital Strategy & Innovation

 Digital Business Transformation
 Implementation of new age platforms on Cloud
 Blockchain Implementation and Solution Design

Roles and Responsibilities: Domain Consultant/Practitioner(s) will be involved in digital

project/Solution development and should be able to define digital technology roadmaps in
collaboration with business stakeholders, business partners team to support business growth.

Practitioners who can help an enterprise with more thorough articulation of needs, rather than go
and collect requirements, as traditional BAs do. These needs should be abstracted, associated with
business benefits, compared with what competitors are doing, incorporate “voice of the customer”
(end users), followed by “customer journey mapping”. Focus on CIO tower oriented functions such
as IT Procurement, ITIL operations, data analytics and dashboard reporting etc., not just traditional
Digital interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

 To lead delivery of customer transformation projects which combine digital technology and
business impact by interacting with customer and articulate their requirements
 Work in partnership with technical experts, architects, business analysts, and developers
from internal teams or external partners to design and guide new solutions
 Work with the Practice Heads to develop digital solutions/frameworks for industry pain-
points and developing trends.
 Develop and Enhance Digital solution using emerging technologies and work in digital areas
like High business impact AI, Blockchain, RPA and recommend the preferred option
 Make presentations to customer and internal stakeholders on the solution
 Lead Ideation Workshops and strategy workshops.
 Participate in creating and implementing strategy, Change Management
 Undertake research and enable dissemination of knowledge within team
 Provide domain support for large and complex RFIs and RFPs by providing domain point of
view, solutioning, help in estimation etc.
