Rationale:

Schools are not about teaching and sorting. They are about learning and
creativity in a safe and caring environment.  They are about empowering all students,
not just the ones that are strong at the core subjects and in a certain field but also with
extraordinary ability, effort, and courage.
In this regard, Supreme Student Government aims to give recognition to those
students who give rise to the school and to those who strive, though doesn’t make it to
the top.
Thus, a day to keep in mind that authentic role of awards and public recognition
is not only to acknowledge success yet to motivate them.

Objectives:
This activity aims the following:
1. To recognize not just success but also the other qualities like effort, ability,
struggle, willingness to serve.
2. To honor individuals and groups who have shown outstanding commitment for
his work.
3. To make remarkable individuals feel that their works are valued.
4. To motivate individuals in doing more valuable things.

Budgetary Requirement:
The breakdown of expenses is as follows:
Paper for certificates PHP 200
Frames 800
Decorations 1 300
Foods 2 700
TOTAL 5 000
