1. With reference to DTF Memo No. 98 on New Schedule and Additional Guidelines
on the Conduct of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services for the Opening
of Classes and to Division Memorandum No. 339, s. 2020 on the Critical Activities
in Preparation for the Opening of Classes, this Office through the School Governance
and Operations Division in collaboration with the Curriculum Implementation
Division announces the Operationalization of Mental Health and Psychosocial
Support (MHPSS).

2. Cognizant to this, SDO Rizal ensures mental and psychosocial health of all
learners, as well as teaching and non-teaching personnel. Thus, all schools are
hereby enjoined to be guided on the following activities for implementation, to wit:
