PURPOSE:
This document is to outline the procedure to adjust sensitivity settings on ITV 2050s installed in shape air and bell speed circuits in Versabell II
equipment. Several part numbers are affected, including: TDUCO000000025O, TDUCO000000019O, TDUCO000000001O, and
TDUCO000000026O. The updated sensitivity will improve ITV lifetime.

PROCEDURE:

There are two different model types of ITV2050, each with their own procedure for adjusting the sensitivity setting. Please reference pictures shown
below to choose the type of ITV that is being set.

Procedure for ITV “Refreshing Product”:

1. Identify that you have the “Refreshing” ITV type (shown in Figure 1). Use the plan view profile to identify which ITV is in question.
If the ITV does not look like the ITV shown in Figure 1, please review the procedure for the “Conventional” type ITV model shown
in Figure 2.

2. Unlock the keys using procedure below:

2a. Hold the down arrow (“Unlock” button) for 2 seconds or more until “LOC” flashes on the display screen. If you continue to
hold this button down and “LOC” does not flash, this likely means that ITV buttons are already unlocked, and you can
move to step 3.
2b. Press the middle button (“Set” key). “unL” should flash on the display screen for 1 second.
2c. The display screen will then return to the current pressure setting, but the keys are now unlocked.

3. Hold the middle button down (“Set” key) for 2 seconds or more.

4. Use the up and down arrow buttons until “F02” and “SL” setting alternate display on screen. Note that other settings should not be
changed. For example, “F01” should read “GL9”

5. Press the middle button (“Set” key) to enter screen to set sensitivity.

6. Use up and down arrows to scroll through and change sensitivity to “SL2”.

7. Press the middle button (“Set” key). “F02” and “SL2” should alternate display on the screen.

8. Hold down the middle button (“Set” key) for two seconds or more to exit this setting mode. The current pressure should display.

9. Lock the keys using the procedure below:

9a. Hold the up arrow (“Lock” button) for 2 seconds or more until “unL” flashes on the display screen.
9b. Press the middle button (“Set” key). “LOC” should flash on the display screen for 1 second.
9c. The display screen will then return to the current pressure setting, but the keys are now locked.

Procedure for ITV “Conventional Product”:

10. Identify that you have the “Conventional” ITV type (shown in Figure 2). Use the plan view profile to identify which ITV is in
question. If the ITV does not look like the ITV shown in Figure 2, please review the procedure for the “Refreshing” type ITV model
shown in Figure 1.

11. Unlock the keys using procedure below:

2a. Hold the down arrow (“Unlock” button) for 2 seconds or more until “LOC” flashes on the display screen.
2b. Press the middle button (“Set” key). “unL” should flash on the display screen for 1 second.
2c. The display screen will then return to the current pressure setting, but the keys are now unlocked.

12. Hold the down button down (“Unlock” key) for 3 seconds or more. “Son” should be displayed for approximately 2 seconds,
followed by a display of the pressure.

13. Use the middle button (“Set” key) until “SL” setting displays on screen. Note that other settings should not be changed. For
example, “F01” should read “GL9”

14. Use up and down arrows to scroll through and change sensitivity to “SL2”.

15. Hold down the middle button (“Set” key) for two seconds or more to exit this setting mode. The current pressure should display.

16. Lock the keys using the procedure below:

9a. Hold the up arrow (“Lock” button) for 2 seconds or more until “unL” flashes on the display screen.
9b. Press the middle button (“Set” key). “LOC” should flash on the display screen for 1 second.
9c. The display screen will then return to the current pressure setting, but the keys are now locked.
