PHYSICAL EDUCATION 6

INTRODUCTION

Your body is made up of different components. Each component has its own functions
be and these functions can be improved through different activities. In this lesson, we will be
discussing about Physical Fitness and the two main components: health related and skill
related fitness components.

OBJECTIVES

At the end of the lesson, the learners will be able to:


1. Describe the Philippine Physical Activity Pyramid.
2. Complete the table with the physical activities that learners do in one week
3. Make their own Physical Pyramid using the table they completed.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Online classes schedule be posted in your virtual classroom.


2. Please follow the Virtual Room Guidelines every session.
3. You may contact your subject teacher whenever you will find difficulty or whenever you have
something to clarify about your lessons, book assignments or worksheets. Every consultation
time.
4. Read and understand the instruction per worksheet before answering with the guidance of
your parents, guardian or tutor.
5. Submit the worksheet before the day end.

ACTIVITY

Instruction: Complete the table with the physical activities that you do in one week (Sunday to
Saturday). Indicate how often you do them and for how long each time. These may include household
chores and other tasks in helping with the other things at home. I will assign this activity sheet
through ASSIGNMENT of MS TEAMS. The deadline of the Activity Sheet will be on September 18,
2020.
