Quality System Procedure- Customer Supplied Material

Customer Supplied Material or Product
The company has established and maintains a procedure for receipt, storage and use of
customer supplied products.

The company shall ensure that the contractor – supplied products or property are verified on
receipts by the Store In-charge and concerned department head.

Customer supplied property is verified in the same way as the products purchased by the
RAISCO. For this purpose, the customer shall handover his supply documentation; alternatively a
written release will suffice. However, this release will not absolve the customer form their
responsibility for the product supplied by them.

Customer supplied products are stored and monitored by their integrity after receipt in the
same way as products purchased by the company itself.

Customer supplied product shall be clearly identifiable as CSP

If any deviation or damage found the customer shall be informed and records shall be
maintained.
