WARM UP: T stick images on the board about the previous topic “pets”. T chooses S
and gives him/her a ball. Student has to throw the ball to the animal that T says and
they have to say the animal name.
Time 5’
PRESENTATION: Teacher sticks on the board a rope. On the rope there are clothes
hanged. T points each cloth and say It's a T-shirt or this is a pair of trousers.
Time: 10’

GUIDED PRACTICE: T sticks the body of a boy and a girl on the board. Then T leaves
the clothes on the desk. T chooses one S, tells him to catch the skirt or other cloth.
Student have to dress the boy or the girl, depend of the cloth that T says. (E.g if T says
skirt, Ss have to dress the girl.)

FREE PRACTICE:
Stage1 : T hands out a photocopy to Ss where they have to complete the name of the
clothes.

Stage2: T hands out a photocopy to Ss where they have to complete the missing
letters.

FOLLOW UP: T asks to one S to come to the front of the class, pick one real piece of
clothes that is on the desk that T tells and Ss have to tell the name of it aloud. Then Ss
have to put it on other S the clothes that T says. T plays music while the Ss do the
activity.

Extra activity: T hands out a photocopy in where Ss have to choose the best option
depending on the image.
