Kennedy , “Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys
to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.” Of course, this
quote means different things to different people. But, what does this quote mean to me? As
final exam. It helped me to feel very energetic, reduce stress, and relax my mind.
First of all, I remember that preparing my final exam was stressful, so I went to the gym
because I thought that it could help me to feel more energetic. While I was studying, I found
THAT
being sat and reading summaries for long hours WAS quite boring. So, I decided to take a
break in order to go to the gym and in this way, to have more energy while studying. As a result,
I
was more concentrated on my studies, and able to remember and memorize information
Secondly, going to the gym reduced my stress. When I studied a difficult topic such as
grammar ones, I always had terrible headaches. So, my mother recommended ME to have
some free time. For that reason I went to the gym. My mind and my body started to feel
better without having headaches. As a result, I enjoyed and concentrated more during my
final exam. Doing a gym activity helped me to feel more motivated and enthusiastic.
In third place, going to the gym helped me to relax my mind as well as my body. I could
say that going to the gym was such a therapeutic activity because it allowed me to relax my
mind at least for one hour. As a result, I did not spend all my day thinking about all the things
I had to study. Apart from that, it was truly fruitful because every time I went home, I could
To conclude, John F Kennedy was right. I imagined myself going to the gym and passing
my final exam, and was able to achieve it. I felt more active, healthier and calmer. Not only
was Physical fitness one of the most important keys to a healthy life, but also it was an
important activity that helped me to think critically while I was studying for my final exams.
Doing exercise allowed me to have a healthy mind since every time I left the gym, I felt full of
energy, so I studied more hours. Consequently, I was able to organize my studies and my
life.
