One day in a Sehat Jaya hospital there is a patient was lying weak in the postoperative
recovery stage. Then, the nurses come to the patient's room to make a bed and changing
patient's clothes.
Orientation phase
Nurse 1 : Good morning
Gina: Good morning
Nurse Cika : How are you today?
Gina : I feel good today nurse. I hope I can go home quickly
Nurse Cika : Okay, My name is nurse cika and there are my friends.
Nurse nita : Good morning ,My name is nurse nita
Nurse mila : Good morning ,iam is nurse mila
Gina: Nice to meet you
Nurse Cika: Nice to meet you too. Now we're here to make a bed and changing your clothes
so you feel comfortable and to prevent skin invection. But before we're doing that, I want to
check your identity first.

Nurse nita : What is your name and how old are you?
Gina: My name is Gina and I'm 45 years old
