INTRODUCTION

In this work we learned the importance of negotiation and licensing by identifying the
active parts of the process, the value and importance of the elements that intervene,
identifying the importance of intellectual property and recognizing the good negotiation of
the same that must be prepared and addressed in the correct way to avoid future legal
problems and to be able to have the expected use of the business

CONCLUSIONS

 Patents are in any case very valid sources of technological information, in addition
to obtaining the reward for the effort in the form of a temporary monopoly for the
owner of the registry, they offer a very useful scientific-legal text both for later
scientific developments and for the surveillance of competition and third parties
related to specific sectors of technology
