development of an analysis-based essay.

Learning Objective:
Given William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, students will analyze at least three themes to discuss in an essay.

I want students to accomplish this by the creation of an analysis-based essay that they will need to have done
within a week of starting this lesson.

Juliet. Students will then be given a graphic organizer with questions that allude to the themes
in the play.
