Customer Satisfaction

The company understands the importance of knowing what the customer wants and
therefore prepares a series of questions in order to obtain market information and take
advantage of this, from the survey we obtained the following conclusions.

1) It is necessary to improve several aspects to increase the level of customer satisfaction


and also to recommend the product even more, one of the ways can be to make the
product more striking and be easily recognizable

2) maintaining high quality standards to guarantee optimal quality is a premise

3) look for alternatives of raw materials to improve the price without neglecting the quality
of the final product.

4) so that people are more receptive when conducting the survey, offer a gift at the end of
the survey.

5) Look for alternatives for surveys or information gathering so that it is not tedious for our
consumer

6) we finally get more information from customers and give us a way forward to improve

Next I am going to present my opinion about the data collection tool that the company "my
sweet candy" used to collect the information.

Surveys are widely used by companies for data collection, but in this case, having such an
extensive survey for the purchase of gum is not practical.

on the other hand, in my opinion, they don't ask enough questions about the product
specifically to improve themselves.
