My diet

I prepare my breaksfast , I like oatmeal with apples , i like bread with two slices of cheese
and ham. Later before going to the gym, I eat two bananas , the day I drink about three
liters of water. My lunch is usually always contain rice and chicken, y try to eat fruit in the
afternoon. At night my dinner is only a cup of milk with a chicken sandwich or jam.

My plans after finish university

I am nervous and scared but I want to finish university soon.I am going to work a tesis is
very important. I am going to study english and I need to practice because I am going to
travel to other countries and communicate. I am going to study a masters in human
resources , later I am going to find a job where I can Grow profesionally.
