2. Insights (What new insights or learnings did you gain in discussion/ activity?)

i. Before watching the video/understanding the lesson, I have always thought that life was just
life that we should live for. But upon watching the video, I have come to realize that life’s is
really a beauty of inseparable from its fragility. We are still young that we should enjoy life
and feel each moment of life because it’s once in a life time experience. That each day of our
life should be exciting and not boring. We should enjoy living the life that our God gave to
us.

ii. Before watching the video/understanding the lesson, I have always thought that social media
and technology can help us to solve our problems. But upon watching the video, I have come
to realize that technologies have been part of our system that we can’t just easily detached.
Our world become half of the technologies and it doesn’t help us to express our feelings
toward to people we love, hate and miss. Without those technologies we can express it by
showing them how we feel or even telling them what we feel. Those technologies teach us
people to be coward on expressing what we feel. We should release those emotion inside our
mind and we shouldn’t block what we want to say. Be open, open your heart and mind.

iii. Before watching the video/understanding the lesson, I have always thought that we can relate
our development us a person thru education. But upon watching the video, I have come to
realize diversity isn’t just people, it’s also what’s inside people. It allowed people to feel their
emotional truth, engagement, creativity, and innovation flourish in the organization.
Emotional agility is the ability to be with our emotions with curiosity, compassion, and
especially the courage to take values-connected step.

explanations about?
i. What are some other ways that can help us to express our feelings?
ii. What should I do if I feel down but I don’t want anybody to know?
iii. What are some other techniques that I can use to make myself happy?
