TOPIC 2: Processing Question

1. How did you feel before watching the videos? After watching the videos?
• Before watching the videos, I felt okay, but after watching the videos, I felt
excitement to know more about different philosophical perspective. And to
know who really, I am.

2. Why is it important that you understand yourself?

• It is very important to understand ourselves because only then will we be
genuinely happy in everything we do, and we will be able to easily address
any challenges or problems that may arise because we will know how to deal
with them using our strengths rather than allowing our weaknesses to
dominate our entire being.
3. What did you learn from the videos that will help you in socializing with other
people?
• Socializing with others is one of my flaws since I'm hesitant to approach
them first for fear of being ignored or dismissed. However, I believe that by
watching these films, I will be able to open myself more to other people
because if I fully understand myself, my foundation will be unbreakable by
any other human being who tries to ruin my peace of mind and confidence.
Furthermore, truly comprehending oneself entails learning what we enjoy
and dislike, which will aid us in conversing with others and how we interact
with them.
