The Problem
Lack of communication working
together on the project
Solutions Positives and Negatives
Solution 1:
Make a planned-out schedule
that everyone can stick to and
that will not change unless
weather is restricting filming
Solution 2:
Contact all members of the team
to ensure that all our aware that
all assured of what will be
happening throughout the
project process.
Positives
That everyone knows where they
need to be and what time.
To know what is expected of
them, but also be adaptable to
any changes that may occur.
Negatives
May have to return to the same
location more than once.
Positives
Will make sure that all members
are sure what is happening and
when as well as if any changes
occur.
Negatives
Needs to have more than one
person that contacts the other
members and make sure actors
and team members are aware of
the time and locations and if
they change.
Reflections
When looking at the solutions I
was able to see that solution 1 is
the superior option as it would
make sure that all necessary
people that needed to be at
different locations and the actors
that must be made aware of the
changes that would be caused
from any issue either from the
owner of a location or if an actor
dropped out from the filming.
With the second solution there is
no guarantee that the contractor
for the other members and we
would be unsure if that person
won’t forget or be unsure
themselves of what plans have
been made.
