ANSWERS
I am a student currently studying Creative Media, I have a creative
interest in music and media, when I was in school, I was always
interested in the yearly plays, in doing so I also joined the school choir.
After school I joined the Banwell Annual Dramatics, because of my
continuous involvement with speech and drama club, for which I was
in for eight years.
1. My biggest strength is organisation especially when it comes to
getting projects in on time for example with my second project when I
was tasked with the role of producer which was tasked with creating
the pre-production folder as well as insuring that locations hadn’t
changed or if actors pulled out in the last minutes to have a backup
actor to replace step in.
2. My biggest weakness is my lack of confidence, but to improve on
them I have become a leader for scouts as well I have a part time job
which is helping me to come out of my shell.
3. A problem I had was when my college changed project brief halfway
through the pre-production phase to suit the change of circumstance,
I overcame this with help from my friends and family who helped me
to overcome the problem by encouraging me and helping me make a
video I am proud of.
4. I want to work in the media industry because I have a passion for
learning about what is happening behind the scenes as well as in front
aspects of the media industry since I first came to like it in year seven
when I first started the speech and drama club.
5. I can bring the boundless energy of youthfulness to the job as I will
always be ready to work on any assignment I am given.
6. A time I needed to work as a team was during college projects as we
needed to work in groups to produce the video for the project. These
groups were often randomized so we wouldn't only work with friends,
which helped as it made me more confident around everyone in my
class.
7. My proudest achievement is my final major project for my first year
of college. This is because I created something, I am proud of as it was
about something, I'm extremely passionate about.8.I have experience
in operating cameras from GCSE Film studies as well as college work
and college projects, this is because I often put myself forward
operating the camera.
9. The biggest challenge I've had to change colleges is because I was
leaving all my friends and going to a place that I didn't know anything
about.
 10. I don't have any concrete plans for my future, and I like to take
everything one step at a time, so I am able to feel more prepared for
whatever happens.

11. I am often inspired by different editing styles, it shows what I could

be capable of, especially when I may want to be an editor in my future
career.

12. Hard-working, because no matter the challenge I'm facing I will

always try to make it the highest quality I can devoted, because I am
willing to do anything to make sure at ask is done to the best of my
ability and I am willing to learn sign language in order to help me
advance. And Passionate, because I have a love of learning about
different ways to communicate to others who may not have the ablity.
