AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARTIES

WE, MARJOLYN E. ANTIPOLO and JOENIPER A. LAURENA anent the credit extended by
TUBAO CREDIT COOPERATIVE OF TUBAO, LA UNION, of which balance remains outstanding
in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND AND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE
THOUSAND AND 03/100 (PHP 131,731.03) PESOS, Philippine currency and by this agreement
agree on the following stipulations to wit:

1. That the amount outstanding shall be borne equally between herein parties to this
agreement (e.g. 65,865.52 x 2);

2. It is agreed by the parties herein that Marjolyn E. Antipolo shall pay the total
outstanding amount of Php 131,731.03 to the TUBAO CREDIT COOPERATIVE; and agree
further, that Joeniper A. Laurena shall in turn pay her share (e.g. PHP 65,865.52) to the
outstanding amount direct to Marjolyn E. Antipolo;

3. That JOENIPER A. LAURENA agrees to pay the additional amount of Php 22,000.00
representing payments made before by Marjolyn E. Antipolo to the Tubao Credit Cooperative
as monthly payments to their credit obligation;

4. That the total amount which JOENIPER owes to MARJOLYN pursuant to this
agreement shall be in the amount of Php 86,865.52;

5. It is further agreed between herein parties that JOENIPER shall pay her obligation to
MARJOLYN on a bi-monthly basis and to start paying on October 2020 following the schedule
provided below:

6. It is further agreed that failure of JOENIPER to pay or to make good ANY of her
payments as described from the foregoing shall make the total balance accruing in favor of
MARJOLYN due and demandable without the benefit of demand.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for the Province of La Union appeared the parties with their
competent proof of identities stated below their signatures and printed names above, that
the parties are known to me to be the same persons who executed this agreement of their
own free will and have understood the same.

This document pertains to an AGREEMENT BETWEEN PARTIES consisting of 2 pages

including this page where this acknowledgment is made, and all the parties hereto have
signed at the bottom of page 2 hereof.
