Purpose Of Role:

Supporting business in negotiating best value for the organization with the synergy/contract staffing vendors , work
extensively with Vendors act as a Procurement Business Partner to the internal Business teams. Source for
alternate suppliers, price benchmarking of key technical skills in various Geos and analytics also will be part of the
job profile
.

Area of influence:

Good Knowledge of Contingency workforce procurement

Good Knowledge on Manpower contracting
Candidate should maintain good Customer Satisfaction and Vendor Satisfaction

Standard role description –

 Develop the POA for bringing down the synergy and pass through cost for contracting
 Monitor Supplier performance and ensure KPI are met as agreed in the customer SOW
 To be the SPOC to close payment related issues and drive with stakeholders within TA, CPO and FSS
 To work with TA and business SPOC and assist in creating partner eco system
 Regular analysis to be done on skill sets and baseline to be created for current Vs Future cost of
staffing
 Work closely with Controllership, Tax, Legal teams for faster turnaround on sourcing requests and to
ensure timely payments to various capex and opex vendors/suppliers
 Build strong relationship with regular QBR’s with suppliers as well internal customers
 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports
