Interpretation:

Table 1 disclosed the training content indicators of the 2020 School Mid-Year Review and
Evaluation. It can be gleaned in the table that trainings content for Rizal National High School
teachers are relevant to their needs. Majority of the teachers strongly agreed that the objectives of the
session and activities were achieved. As a result, the teachers of Rizal National High School were
mutual in accomplishing the different activities and collaborative in achieving the objectives of the
sessions. Thus, the midyear IN-SERVICE TRAINING empowered the teacher of Rizal National High
School to continuously commit and work harmoniously in leading the learners to be productive and to
achieve their own goals.
Table 2 revealed the effectiveness of the training design to the needs of RiNHS teachers. It
divulged that the design training empowered the teachers to be responsive amidst the pandemic
crisis. The objectives of the In-Service Training are clear to the teachers with a weighted mean of
4.47. Furthermore, the training design gave teachers to contemplate what had been transpired for the
first quarter which enables them to assess their performance in delivering quality education despite
the current situation of the education system. Thus, the training design gave RiNHS teachers a boost
to continue serving quality education in any circumstances or challenges.

Table 3 divulges the evaluation of the teachers of Rizal National High School to the overall
presentation of the facilitators in the different sessions of the pieces of training. Table 3 discloses the
performance of the facilitators in the concluded midyear IN-SERVICE TRAINING. The teachers of
Rizal National High School were motivated to exemplify the theme of the training in the quest for
productive nation-building because the facilitators were able to exhibit mastery of the topic as shown
in the computed weighted mean which is 4.75. Moreover, the resource speakers were able to inspire
RiNHS teachers to be professional to be sensitive to the moods of the participants by varying the
techniques in presenting the content of the training. The resource speakers were able to brought-out
the best asset in each participant through-provoking questions and deepen processed questions.
Over-all, the teachers of RiNHS appreciated the expertise of the facilitators in their assigned subject
matter.
