I, UMARANI D/O OF SANTHANAM, Aged 49-years, Female, Residing at No 11/1


,colony anna nagar extension, Tamil Nadu - 641601 , do hereby solemnly swear and
state as follows;

1). I state that I am residing at the above said address. I hereby furnished this affidavit
for the purpose of Schedule of property offered for security in favour of State Bank of
India. I further state that myself and my vendor and predecessors were continuously
enjoying the physical possession of the security offered schedule of property, without
interference of any dispute or rival claim for the past 31-years.

2). I further state that the property offered for security by me is free from due payment of
property tax or land revenue or other statutory dues, as on date. Further state that the
property offered for security is not covered under the Urban land ceiling, and any other
acquisition by the any government.

3). I further state that the security offered schedule of property is not covered under the
Income Tax Act (including Under section 281 of the Income tax act). And also I further
affirm that I am declaring that there is no suit or any dispute or case or any revenue
recovery proceedings is pending before any court in India in respect of the above said
schedule of property.
