reliability across the plant.
 Business Transformation project for a leading edible soya bean oil production client to increase the
throughput from 160 MT/month to 220 MT/month and installation of management control system to help
process owners and top management to effectively monitor and assess key areas of their process on regular
basis.
 Marketing Excellence project for a leading flour milling client to utilize their 100% plant capacity by
identifying market potential & segments, analyzing competition, and outlining future marketing efforts. In a
period of 8 months, helped to set up retail network in 28 micro markets of Delhi - 24 distributors and 432
retailers from ground zero up and running
 Lead the Business Turnaround Program for a leading bead wire client for identifying the pain points for low-
capacity utilization of plant and implemented management control systems & processes to improve the OEE
by improving the throughput across the value chain. The project helped in optimizing the productivity of
Pickling, Wire Drawing and Coating line by 20%, 18% and 6% respectively.
