 Work with Project Management Team to manage all permitting requests


 Provide daily administrative support to Permitting Manager
 Coordinate and manage PO and invoices for permit partners
 Maintain permit status report and communicate with permit partners regarding relevant information

 To maintain the proper work permit before start the work and close the permit at end of the day.
 Provides specialized safety input to engineering, construction, and subcontracts, thus ensuring that safety
requirements are properly integrated into project planning, design criteria, construction plans and
specifications and subcontracts
 Participates in meetings, as required, with project team members, and contractors/subcontractors to
advise them of specialized safety and health requirements that may affect project design, construction
schedule, and cost
 Assists in drafting HSE Plans, project specific safety procedures, project specific implementation plans
(e.g., evacuation plans, emergency response team, safety training plans and programs, I-CARE), and
technical reports
 Conducts safety inspections of project construction activities to monitor compliance with safety
requirements including contractual commitments, permits, the project's HSE plan, and other applicable
safety plans
 Conducts statistical analysis and generates reports
 Performs training classes and orientation tasks
 Specialized knowledge in a safety specialty (e.g., Personal Protective Equipment, lockout/tagout, fall
protection, excavation, I-CARE) or engineering (e.g., civil, process safety, mechanical) or related disciplines
 Knowledge of safety management, monitoring programs, principles, and methodologies
 Knowledge of safety and health laws and regulations, and applicable agencies permitting processes and
responsibilities
