a)To accomodate the 10m clearance,
the FRL profile has been lowered as
well as the road standard. (design
speed 100km/h to 90km/h).
b) KAZ to meet SEB and convey the
design change.(all satisfy 10 m except
2 location at CH 73+864.55 with
clearance of 9.9746m and CH
73+883.87 with clearance of
9.7752m).
