As per Inspection Notification e-mail dtd- 24th Dec 2020, Visited to Emerson Automation Solution Plot No. A-145/4,TTC
Industrial Area, MIDC Pawne, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra,  India, for Inspection of Temperature, Pressure & Differential
Pressure Transmitter as attached Annexure A.
M/s Emerson Automation Solution , Pawane N.Mumbai Submitted Material Offer List attached herewith for Supply of
Temperature, Pressure & Differential Pressure Transmitters and observed that

1. Range of all Temp. Transmitters and Model No &Qty of Transmitters are different and not matching with the
Annexure-1 attached to PO- LOICIE/ONGC/GDU/GEN/072/2020-21 dtd:24.7.2020.

2. An agency appointed or nominated by the LSTK Contractor for inspection/witness at various stages of manufacturing of equipment’s as
per the terms of Contract is not available during Inspection. Neither the Inspection report is availabale with Emerson Automation
Solution , Pawane N.Mumbai.

Note: This Flash Report shall not be considered as Final Clearance Certificate for the dispatch of above materials.
