Nowadays under circumstances of coronavirus all countries have
turned to distance learning applications. one of the most popular apps
is zoom meeting that refers to video conference meeting either by
video via a webcam or phone or by audio with others.
Zoom is used to make educational process easier through conducting
live chats and it lets you to record those sessions to view later. On top
of that you can Host up to 500 participants if you purchase the "large
meeting" feature, but normally you can host up to 100.It also gives
you permission to share screen with others to see what you explain
during live sessions. In fact, its privacy is good as it required a
password to enter the meeting if you don’t have the link, it has also a
waiting room to ensure that only people who invited are allowed in.
the moderator has the ability to lock the meeting so no Exotic
participant can join
On the other hand, zoom meeting can only last for 45 min then the
meeting cuts off and the moderator or the teacher should make a new
session by sending the link again, some students may have problems
during entering the room as a result a lot of time is wasted.
In my view, it is an app that can stand the largest number of
participants and I think this is the reason for naming it (Zoom).it has a
lot of problems but its advantages certainly are higher.
