However, PowerPoint is a computer program that allows you to create and show slides to
support a presentation. You can combine text, graphics and multi-media content to create
professional presentations.

2. What is the difference between excel and PowerPoint?

Power Point is used for creating presentations. The program uses slides to convey
information rich in multimedia and is used to create complex business presentations,
simple educational outlines and much more while Excel is a spreadsheet application to
make calculations and graphs. Microsoft Excel is a software program produced by
Microsoft that allows users to organize, format and calculate data with formulas using a
spreadsheet system.
