Writing a letter of complaint

Dear Ms. Linares:

Last Thursday, July 16, I made a bought through your virtual store on their official sales
page, I ordered a green dress, smoll size and a pair of brown boots size 37.When completing
the purchase data, check the exact size of the dress and boots, and then make the virtual
bought.

Two days passed and the bought arrived at my house, but when I opened the box I was
surprised that the size of the shoes was not correct. When calling the customer service
number on his official website, Mr. Peter was very rude in asking him to make the shoe size
change.

I have made many bought at your establishment over the years, both in your Calle Zela store
and in your online store, and I have always had good service. I can only imagine that this is
a simple staff mistake in packing the item, and I am confident that you will be able to resolve
the situation satisfactorily.
