For me it is impromptu speech, it is because you are able to express and explain
what you wanted to say and no need for hesitation and it should a direct answer
B. Which mode of speech delivery has the most application? Why do you say so?

I’d say it is the Memorization of speech, it is because memorizing a speech actually takes
time to complete and memorize each line and you need to be precise about every line you
delivered without a single mistake.

● Because it's time consuming and you need to ask many things to verify each

question

2. What can’t a letter of inquiry achieve that the interview can?

● Having lot of respondents

3. What determines the appropriateness of attire in interviews?

● Generally, a interview calls for you to wear professional, or business attire. For

men, this might mean a suit jacket and slacks with a shirt and tie or a sweater

and button-down. For women, a blouse and dress pants or a statement dress is

appropriate..

4. What are the factors that determine the formality level of tone in emails, letters and

interview?

● a. Inquiry letter

● b. Email messages

● c. Interview

5. Do the principles of seeking information apply to giving information? Why?

● No, it is because seeking information is just like looking for an important

information, while giving information is just like donating.
