The confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ethiopian have seriously affected
the project progress .And it has resulted the mobilization delay of chinese 9 Reinforcement work for the first floor columns ”H“ block part 1 area 95%

technican and local labor based the site progress and the local workers
have decreased rapidly at site. 10 Scaffolding work for the first floor "F" block part 1 area 60%

11 Reinforcement work for the columns and lift shaft first floor "F" block area. 40%
Working time of the local workers has to be decreased from 9 hours to 7 hours
2 for one day due to transportation problem caused by COVID-19 and they also
need more payments such as special transportation fee for their work.
