 Develops pupils reading competency and numeracy guided by their

parents at home and monitored by adviser thru group chat.
 Develops pupil’s attitude towards their study habits and interest in the
new normal system of education.

II. Professional Growth:

 Update and checked enrollees thru LIS.

 Prepared Weekly Home Learning Plan and activities.
 Facilitate LDM2 Module 1
 Attended google meet regarding school bylaws conducted by faculty
officers.
 Participated in the flue vaccine information held in school
III. School and Community Development:
 Give massive information regarding the pandemic issues.
IV. Related Works:

 Administered parent orientation thru group chat.

 Administered First Summative Test for grade four.
 LIS encoding
 Participated in the Earthquake drill in the new normal situation.
 Participated on the proper way of Hand Washing thru group chat
presentation of the students.
 Sort and arranged modules to be distributed for quarter 1.
 Distribute and retrieved modules 1 and 2 for first quarter.
