The documents, listed in Table-A, have been appraised where appropriate to:
 API 650 12th Edition 2013, Addendum 2.

for the design condition specified in the Design referred and subject to the comments specified
below, have been assigned the status as indicated in Table - A.

COMMENTS:

I. All the Comments are resolved suitably as per email dated 22.11.18 from M/s. Total
Solutions, There are no further comments.
II. Shell plate width is less than 1800 mm is accepted by Client as per CRS dated 29.08.18
III. The Design calculation is appraised based on independent calculations carried out by
Bureau Veritas India Pvt. Ltd.

IV. The appraisal is subject to following:

A. Satisfactory manufacturing & testing to the requirement of the code and to the satisfaction
of attending surveyor.
B. Adherence to statutory regulations if any, applicable to the end user’s country of origin.
C. Manufacturer would satisfy himself about the adequacy of the equipment for any other
loading in addition to that mentioned in the drawing, if any.
