ELECTRICAL FEEDERLINES

I. PRE-MOBILIZATION
Receive recommendation from Costing Department signed by Operations Manager
Conduct actual inspection/survey at site for estimate validation
Reconciliation and comparison of materials needed between Estimate Engineer and
actual surveyor (implementing person)
Request the materials needed for implementation of projects thru MR (Material Request)
Coordinate with client prior mobilization for work permit purpose

II. MOBILIZATION
Delivery of materials and tools at site
Mobilization of workers (Electrician & Helper) at site
III. IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
Cutting and fabricating of hangers and supports
Installation of hangers and supports
Installation of conduits, boxes and fittings
Installation of wires/cables (cable pulling), panelboards and ECB's
Termination of cables at tapping point and load point
IV. TESTING AND COMMISSIONING (ENERGIZATION)
Request the client to witness the testing of feederlines
Conduct continuity test (using continuity tester)
Conduct insulation resistance test (must pass the standard passing rate of client)
Energization of feederlines (c/o client)
Conduct phase sequence test (to avoid reverse phasing failure)
Submit test result to client (make sure that the result is signed and conformed by witnessed)
Submit as-built plan of works done if required
V. DE-MOBILIZATION
Cleaning of work area
List down all remaining/scrap materials, tools and equipment for pull-out
