        I, ELLA MAE B. BULAY, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of
Binuangan, Oroquieta City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:
 
        1. I am the private complainant against my relative MICHAEL M.
BANAWAN filed before the Office of the Prosecutor under NPS NO. X-
10-INV-20G-00021 for Violation of Article 336 of the Revised Penal
Code in relation to R.A 7610;

2. I am no longer interested to pursue the above-mentioned case

because we have amicably settled it our family;

3. In the light of the foregoing, I respectfully request the handling

prosecutor to dismiss this case.
