KALINISAN RROW – DEMOLITION AND FENCING WORKS

Sir:

We invite you to submit a Lump Sum Proposal for the above subject project to the following terms
and conditions:

1.0 Scope of Work:

1.1 Supply of materials, fabrication and installation including supervision and shop
drawings for the FENCING of the Property.
1.2 Supply of Equipment and Manpower for the Complete Demolition and Clearing of
the Area, including Concrete Pavement Demolition.
1.3 Demolition and Fencing Permit by the BIDDER.
1.4 General Site Safety and Security by the BIDDER.
1.5 Site Clearing, Garbage and Rubbish Removal by the BIDDER.
1.6 Haul-out of all Debris by the BIDDER.
1.7 All necessary Insurances and Third-Party Liability by the BIDDER.
1.8 All Safety Protocols imposed by the IATF for COVID 19 Prevention for
Construction sites shall be by the BIDDER.
1.9 Contractors barracks shall be provided by BIDDER.
1.10 Perimeter Safety that is required during Demolition by the BIDDER.
1.11 Other Items to consider
1.11.1 Permitting, Demolition and Fencing Schedule: 45 Calendar Days
1.11.2 All Salvageable Items must be included in the BID and must be indicated for
easy reference.
1.11.3 Lump Sum must be inclusive of VAT and other Government mandated fees.
1.11.4 Bonds and Insurances by the Bidder
1.11.5 All necessary permits to complete the works shall be by the BIDDER
1.11.6 Coordination on Utility Disconnection and repair of utilities not part of the
RROW.
1.11.7 Well coordination with the Barangay and Government agencies for a peaceful
demolition process.

2.0 Terms of Payment

Down payment : 30 % of Total Price
Balance : Balance Payment upon Completion, 30 days of payment
