NARRATIVE REPORT
NATIONAL CLEAN-UP MONTH

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 224 s. 1993 the month of September of every year is
declared as the National Clean-up Month. This same Proclamation designated the 17 th up to 23rd
of September as the World Clean and Green Week and one of the major activities that will be
enjoined by all sectors i.e. LGUs, NGOs, Academe, Civil Society and the Private Sector will be
the Nationwide Clean up and Environmental Greening activities. In line with this, we, the
Sto.Rosario Elementary School participated in the said project. It was done last September 15,
2017 and was participated by the pupils, teachers and parents. The YES-O club officers and
members, Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) officers and PTA officers led the clean up and tree
planting on the vicinity of the school. An information dissemination campaign was also done to
informed pupils and parents the importance of the said activities not only for them but also for
our environment.
