VII. Monitoring and Evaluation

This Learning Action Cell entitled “SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL

ON INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE COMMITMENT AND REVIEW (IPCR)
FORM” can be evaluated and monitored by the head of the school to
obtain a factual report and monitoring on this area of concern during the
period of Mid-Year Program Review and Evaluation 2022.
